He's out of New York and he is very nice. He's been on his grind for a minute now and i think that is what i was drawn too. FlyTV: The Def Jam Hip Hop Legacy

After I watched this video, it realy mad me think about Def Jam records. But not only that, it made me think about the state of the hip-hop world. And in my mind the now age old question thats been on all of hip hop's minds came up.....Is Hip Hop dead, and if so who/what killed it? I have my own view of it, but i wanna know what you think. FlyTV: Goodie Mob Reunion!!!!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, It has finally happend. After being talked about in the hip-hop community for months, the moment has finally arrived. One of the greatest southern rap groups of all time is back and in full effect. Gipp, Cee-Lo, Khujo, and T-mo have finally reformed the collective simply know as Goodie Mob. I for one am super excited about this. The video above is of their reunion show in Atlanta this past Saturday (sep 19), and from what I have been hearing it was bananas. A lot of people may not be familiar with the group, but the true students of the game know what this is going to do for the state of the hip-hop world. These four men have been said to be some of the originators of the Atlanta rap movement, and are members of the legendary dungeon family. (which by the way also contains outkast and killer mike) I'm not gonna say too much more. Just know that they are in the works of putting out new music along with the rest of the dungeon family. Magic Johnson Converse Weapons

These are possibly a pair of the rarest shoes a true sneaker head could have. These converse weapons, belonged to the legend Magic Johnson. Thats right...they actually were worn by the man himself. They went for $8000 on ebay yesterday. I know the winner of that auction is probably one of the happiest dudes on the planet....I know I would be. For those of you that may not know, he was one of the first artists on jay-z's new Roc Nation label. He coems from Fayetteville, NC and the boy is nice on the mic. He has been doing his thing for a minute and I must say, I really am digging this guy. His latest effort is his mixtape entittled The warm up. Ive been keeping this mixtape in heavy rotation since i got it a few months ago. Listen to it and you will get a chance to know why. I dont really know all the details of the beef but jody released a track recently and he is airing jeezy out like a fat girls  panties on the laundry line...lol Listen to the track and see for yourself... Fly News: 8th Anniversary of 9-11

Today marks the eight year anniversary of the sept.11 attacks. It's still hard to believe that something that devastating happened right here in the U.S. I remember where was when the news broke of the attacks broke. It was my sophomore year in High school and I was in homeroom. A teacher from across the hall came in and stopped everything we were doing and turned the TV to CNN. As our classroom stared at the report, there was an silence like I had never experienced before. Fortunately I didn't lose any loved ones to the attack, but for those that did my prayers go out to you and your families.

NBA 2K10 Draft Combine

This is the trailer for the new game NBA 2k10 Draft combine. For those of you that dont know about the NBA 2k series this would be a good start. And for those of you that do know, this is a good way to tide you over until NBA 2k10 drops in october. This game lets you create a player and put them through the actual draft combine. With all the drills and actual scrimmage games, this game actually makes a more realisitc player. instead of haveing the 100% rated created players of the past, now you actually have to work to make your player good. Jay-Z Responds to T-Pain

Jay-Z has responded to T-Pain, who said "F**k Jay-Z" in Las Vegas at Club Rehab a few days ago.

On the Ed Lover Morning Show, co-host Free asked how he felt on by T-Pain's move.

"I made it very clear I wasn’t talking about him," Jay-Z said about T-Pain. "I think he’s talented, I don’t think he needs Autotune to sell records, but if that’s his prerogative. D.O.A. was just for the conversation. "

Everyone knows that T-Pain wasn't the target of D.O.A., but for some reason he took offense to it. "I said he brought Autotune back," Jay-Z said.

Hov was also asked about his age and whether or not he was too old for Hip-Hop.

"Well, everybody has a birthday. They don’t have much else to say, they can’t attack my credentials as an artist or my lyrics as an MC," he said.

"Even still with all these guys running around...I still represent Hip-Hop...I represent the culture. When I have conversations with Oprah or Bill Maher, I still represent the culture."

Very Interesting...We'll See what happens now. What do you think????

T-Pain dissing Jay-Z????

T-Pain is one of the hottest dudes out right now. Period. Jay-Z is also, but his new CD is definitely getting mixed results. Well, it seems that T-Pain smelled some blood in he water and decided to dis Jay-Z in Las Vegas at Club Rehab. He straight up said, "F**K, JAY-Z!" Wow!!! Why did Pain do it...idk, but it seems he's been tripping since D.O.A (Death of Autotune) came out.They are saying out in Vegas that T-Pain also said that Jay-Z's "career was dead," not Autotune.They say that T-pain was DJ'ing at the club and he got booed by the crowd. Then another DJ came in afterwards throwing up the Roc sign and playing Jay-Z songs for a 45 minute set. GTA : The Ballad of Gay Tony/ Episodes from Liberty City

Take a look at the trailer for the newest chapter in the GTA IV series. Despite the tittle (which is some weird ish if you ask me...lol) the game still looks hot. I'm gonna get it, and you probably will too. The release will be first available as DLC (downladable content) for ps3 and xbox360. But will then be released as an actual disk tittled "Episodes from Liberty City" which will also include "The Lost and the Damned" GTA IV game as well.
