This is said to be the final mixtape from Jeezy before his LONG AWAITED album "Thug Motivation:103." And from Factz you have "I'm Better Than You." This was actually supposed to drop a few weeks ago, but it was rumored that it got shelved for some reason. I'm glad it actually gets to see the light of day.
